Meet Lori Harder

Lori Harder is a proven entrepreneur having built 3 separate seven-figure businesses. She is currently the founder and CEO of Lite Pink, a new lite rosé flavored wine seltzer that helps women connect, collaborate, and celebrate. Lori is a best-selling author of A Tribe Called Bliss and runs a Forbes Top 18 female-led podcast called Earn Your Happy with over 25 million downloads. Her career started in the fitness industry as a former 3X fitness world champion, 11X fitness cover model, and also owned and operated her own gym. This experience quickly transitioned into a passion for business, where she helps women make money and is a leader in personal development. Her proven success led her to create her own online courses, educational entrepreneur events, and became a top earner, alongside her husband, Chris, in network marketing. Lori is the founder of the Bliss Project women’s event where thousands of women from around the world have attended each year for the past nine years. Lori and her husband currently reside in Scottsdale, Arizona with their dog, Bananas.

Meet Alli Webb

Alli Webb is an N.Y. Times Bestselling Author, Co-Founder of Drybar and Squeeze. After spending 15 years as a professional hairstylist, Webb left the professional hair industry in 2005 to start a family, but after being a stay-at-home mom for 5 years, Webb decided to find a way to continue pursuing the creative side of hairstyling at a “new mom” pace. She began offering affordable in-home blowout services to her mommy friends, which quickly expanded into a mobile operation by 2009.

In 2010, Webb opened the first Drybar in Brentwood, CA. 10 years later and over 150+ locations across the U.S., Webb’s Drybar has exploded into a nationally recognized and highly sought-after brand. Webb diversified the Drybar brand, creating a line of products and tools sold at popular retailers such as Nordstrom, Sephora, and Ulta, recently selling this product division to Helen of Troy for $255 million.

Webb has been named the “100 Most Creative People in Business” by Fast Company, featured on Fortune magazine’s “40 Under 40” list, Marie Claire’s “Most Fascinating Women” covered Inc Magazine’s “How I Did This” issue and recently Inc. magazine recognized her as one of “The 100 Women Building America’s Most Innovative and Ambitious Businesses.”

In 2018 Webb began filling the digital airwaves with “Raising the Bar” a podcast she co-hosts with her partner Adrian Koehler. The weekly show provides a glimpse into the inner worlds of entrepreneurs.

Webb appeared on season 10 of ABC’s Emmy-nominated hit show “Shark Tank” as a guest shark in 2019.

Recently, Webb opened the doors to her next business venture Squeeze, an innovative massage concept that lets you book and pay online – the latest extension of her expanding empire where she operates as an active angel investor, advisor and co-founder. Squeeze’s first location is set in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Studio City.

Webb currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her two sons.

Meet Brittany Driscoll

Brittany Driscoll is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Squeeze, a way better massage experience from the founders of Drybar.

Prior to launching Squeeze, Brittany spent four years running marketing for Drybar where she helped take the company from $30M to more than $100M. She also opened more than 50 new shops and launched the Drybar product line internationally, as well as in Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales.

Before Drybar, Brittany spent over a decade in marketing and advertising at agencies including Mistress (Mattel, The Coca-Cola Company, Hilton Worldwide), RAPP (Skype, Toyota), and experiential agency USMP (Home Depot) and has since been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Entrepreneur and more.

After opening the first Squeeze location in Studio City, CA, Brittany moved to Nashville, TN with her husband Jack to build Squeeze’s corporate headquarters while feeding her love of country music, wide-open spaces, and of course, southern hospitality.

At age 25 Brittany was diagnosed with Stage 2 melanoma after noticing an unusual mark on her leg (while blow-drying her hair, of all things!). She was lucky to have caught it early and is now cancer-free. As a cancer survivor, who is also married to a cancer survivor, Brittany and her husband have committed to a positive mindset and a healthy lifestyle – one of the many reasons she’s excited to continue building The Feel-Good Revolution at Squeeze.

As a female entrepreneur, Brittany has a strong passion for supporting other women in business and has become a thought-leader in her community. She believes in speaking up for what you believe in, empowering people to use their voice, and that we all have the ability to change the world for good. Brittany’s love for people shines through everything she does and is a testament to the company culture she has created at Squeeze, which was inspired by her favorite Maya Angelou quote: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Brittany’s wellness routine includes waking up early, practicing gratitude, working out, getting regular massages, and meditating because she firmly believes: your mindset is your superpower.
