Please check out all the info below as it contains all the information you’ll need to ensure a smooth event experience for you and that you are prepared for the event. (A copy of this will also be emailed to you now for your records and confirmation.) (Also, if you’ve signed up for the full group strategy day the next day, you’ll receive a separate email for that as well.)

Step 1: Know where and when the workshop is being held and Reserve Your Room!

DATES:

This workshop will take place on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th, 2024 in Scottsdale, Arizona! Please mark off this date on your calendar now.

VENUE:

This event is being held and the beautiful Andaz Resort in Scottsdale! The grounds, pool, and rooms are absolutely wonderful!

ROOM BLOCK:

For your convenience, the ANDAZ is providing a 15% off discount rate! Please book your room asap as we don’t want them to sell out. The discount link has been emailed to you for security purposes.

OTHER HOTELS:

You’re welcome to stay offsite at another hotel if you desire. There are many hotels in the area. The closest one would be the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas which is across the street about a half-mile away.

Step 2: Book any other travel arrangements needed.

FLIGHTS:

The best airport to fly in to is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), located approximately 20 minutes drive from the venue!

Please note: we will be starting our event the morning of SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th at 8:00 AM so we highly recommend flying in on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th.

7:30 AM – Doors Open
8:00 AM – Workshop Starts!
8:00 AM – 12:30 PM – General Session, breaks provided throughout
12:30 PM – Lunch provided onsite (time subject to change)
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM – General Session, breaks provided throughout
6:00 PM – End of General Session

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM *OPTIONAL VIP RECEPTION (this is a paid event, tickets must be purchased to attend)

Food Allergies: Lunch provided will be a delicious gluten-free meal. If you have additional FOOD ALLERGIES, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
